Huawei Ascend G510 import contacts problem

Everytime I import a Contacts.VCF file into my Huawei, It will auto insert dashes to my numbers.

example:
69923442 -->699-234-42
94333234 -->943-332-34

Any solution? I googled around and found out some people managed to solve it by changing the Language/Locale setting to UK and not US where the numbers usually they put dashes, but still same problem.
