I have got the 64GB silver for a week.
Enjoyed the large screen estate. AMOLed 6.6" screen is really great
Very intensive use of the phone for a day, still left 30%+ at end of the day.
Most of the time can hit 2 days of usage.
++ for huge screen and battery life

However there's quite a number of bugs/issues on the Emotion UI 4.1, hope they can sort it out. It's not as polish as Samsung or LG

Quite a number of bloatware were installed in the phone. The video app was detected as a PUP by one of the AV that I had used.
Had disabled them all.

This cellphone looks awesome, especially with its 2k Super Amoled display, rarity indeed.

But the dual sim 4g/2g only setup is a letdown :(

Edit: noted that the charging speed is 9V/2A. Wonder if this will work with a power bank that supports the same voltage output.

For those who have the cellphone, ever tried downscaling the resolution to FHD and see if there is a difference in battery life?

I get about 7hrs of SOT before needing to recharge again.
That's combination of mostly 3D games, FB and video watching.
Don't even need to downgrade the screen resolution :)

Is the super amoled screen comparable to Samsung galaxy? I saw the Huawei P9 plus with super amoled screen but seems not so vibrant and vivid, even comparing with Huawei Mate 8. Just wonder if Honor Note 8 has a lower quality super amoled screen.

I find the screen too saturated in Vivid mode while Standard mode is too dull. It lacks the Adaptive mode that Samsung handsets have which is just nice.
