What was the process. How much time it took?
I reported issue around 4th November and said they would call me when stocks are available for replacement/repair. They called last Wednesday and said I can come and need about 4 hours as they need to test the replacement unit. It lasted for about an hour or less for me. They also took the old box and accessories and replaced with a sealed unit.

Try to scan this using the 3D maker, not successful after 10-15mins. Phone heated up quickly.

No it will not cos I have been using supercharge for my Mate 9 for 2yrs so fast no battery issue.Hi there, I just gotten my mate 20pro too!
Got a noob question to ask. Is there any other options for charging the phone neither than Super Charge? Will this Super Charge actually spoil the battery in the long run?

need help, which cloud storage for huawei mate 20 backup. default is huawei cloud and it doesnt accept sgd payment.
Google has a bunch of backup options. Use Google drive to back your files, Google photos to backup your videos and pictures, your contacts are backup to Google if you choose to, Google keep for notes, Whatsapp, Viber can backup to Google also.

Any way you charge will also impact your battery life as battery has a lifespan

thanks. i have google backup now. but not sure if it works properly. and want a double insurance
i figured out. the photo doesnt use space of google drive as the resize option was set. no wonder only a few G space occupied.
