Sure drop if you do re-contract 5 months later.

The new kirin cpu benchmarks do not look impressive, win some, lose some to old snapdragon 845. If can wait see how Samsung and Sony phones in Feb 2019 look like.

It’s a waiting game. U wait Feb lor den few months later more powerful come out. What do u do? Wait endlessly?

Dam. like not much diff from mate 10 pro. I sort it used to the behind finger scanner liao. Now became front...

My mine concern is play mobile game good or not..

Android phones on average drop $40-50 monthly... in 6 months probably drop to 200+ if you recontract with mid range plan.

Then again, in 6 months time the P30 is launched so might as well wait another 6 months for a more advanced Mate 30 with better soc. more bang for your buck. In the meantime can save money first by using your current phone.

Another new Mate with existing Kirin 980 CPU and a new 5G modem will be released mid next year.

Will probably pass on 27th Oct release unless the 8GB/256GB version will be available. Need to check with the Telco on this though. Probably 200-300 SGD more.

But according to Huawei, this model is 'planned' for SG but not available on 27th Oct unless other wise stated
