Hi any app I need to download? because my mate 20 can't watch Mewatch had sound but no visual.Thanks!

Anyone know how does huawei determine the activation date for warranty?
If the owner only on the phone once on Nov 2019 to play with the camera and no sim card was insert into the phone, the set was kept back into box and never on anymore. The set is technically brand new. Checked warranty online and it started on Nov 2019.

Your phone could have been accidentally connected to the Internet via WiFi and the first date of use was sent to Huawei's server.

that should apply to all models I guess
that's why many prefer sealed instead of just brand new aka bnib

Looks like my Mate 20 Pro started having the green tint at both the edges of the screen. It started about a few days ago and has gotten worst. Anything I can do about it. Thanks. 😥

Hi guys. I've been using Huawei phones for years. This is the first time I need to send my phone to the service centre. Which service centre would you guys recommend? The one at 313 or Westgate? Thanks...

Any recommendation for tempered glass screen protector for mate 20 Pro ? Prefer those using loca glue one. Budget below 30.
