The replacement was done at the service center? Have you factory reset the phone?

Mate 20 was first Released November 2018, assuming they stop production of new Mate 20 a year later November 2019, meaning those so call sealed unopen mate 20 could be already kept for 2 years :s14: Wonder how is the condition and warranty coverage for these phones.

Can’t rule out they might have sealed back the box too
The only way to see is checking the IMEI number before buying

App or wireless issue. Less than 5% for my Mate 20 Pro overnight.

Huawei Service Carnival is back but now battery not free during warranty, need to pay $50?

No more updates for my Mate 20 Pro since early last year.

I think Huawei has moved on to focus on other products.

Majority of the handphone division could have been moved to Honor.

Do you think I can replace the out screen on my own?
I saw on shopee cost $14 for the repair kit only.
There is some scratch (not the OLED or the LCD)

why not just pay abit more for Huawei to repair it for you?
