Just went to get a hands-on with the Mate 20 Series, and was amazed by the phones. :s12:

The Midnight Blue colour for the Mate 20 and the dewdrop screen were very nice design, and the bezels are thin enough for me to handle it with one hand when using with the fullscreen gestures.

im my opinion, Mate 20 best colour is Midnight Blue. The surface is textured and not a magnet for fingerprints. Black is shiny gloss

The Midnight Blue has a some type of coating on it which feel quite nice on hand, and also has texture design too.

Looks like Pierre Png and Rebecca Lim going to grace the atrium roadshow tomorrow, like that the roadshow likely be packed with people queuing/testing the phones and fans from them.

Was at CWP a whole ago. Checked the balanced memory of Mate 20 PRO and is about 3.4 GB RAM.

The OS and the default apps take up about 2.6 GB RAM

8 GB RAM would be nice....

JBL OVER RATED.

weak battery life and not convenient to bring out.

Plus if you are putting at home. It must be plug in all the time if you want to use it as Google home .

But ok la. Better to have than nothing.

Brother the JBL quite good leh... you are losing out on that freebie

UD means what?

And warranty will be a big issue in Singapore. Cheaper but not worth the risk
anyone know if buy Huawei phone direct from China = no google services only ? advisable ?
can install google package only ?
can flash international version rom ?

tempted by CN M20 Pro (UD) (8GB+256GB) @ ¥6799 (~S$1354) vs SG M20 Pro (6GB+128GB w UD) @ S$1,348 here https://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/huawei-user-group-395/mate-20-series-rmb-pricing-huawei-2018-product-launch-2018-a-5925681.html#post117251934

UD is under display fingerprint, because China's Mate 20 Pro has a variant that doesn't have fingerprint sensor under the display.
