I bite the bullet and got myself a green m20 pro. Lucky got BOE screen. So far very satisfy. Oh btw, how to sort the app so that they are arranged in alphabetical order?

Hi guys. I bought my Mate 20 Pro during launch and serial number shows xx18A10xx. Does this mean it was produced 10 Oct?

Also.. Does anyone know if the warranty is international warranty? As my friend bought in Malaysia during launch and he is asking if warranty valid in Singapore.

nope not international, its for the country only

Malaysia only covers 1 warranty.

Go to settings --> Apps --> AppGallery Assistant --> Add your games etc

:)

For your Game acceleration and uninterrupted gaming :)
Lol the issue is there’s no appgallery assistant after apps setting.

Replacement screen boe or lg?
The more impt point is whether they conducted rigorous QC checks to ensure the replacement sets are problem-free. Sigh. Looks like the problem is still not resolved. Anyone bought any pro lately and kena the green Tint issues on their panels?

Hi guys, I've benefitted from this forum and would like to share my m20p experience.

Got the phone on launch date and unfortunately got the screen bleed issue. Like the others, I messaged Huawei on their fb page, they took my details, contacted me to make appointment for 1 for 1 exchange all within 3 weeks. Went to the shop at appt time, took the servicing queue number but, thankfully, I asked a staff and realised that I don't need a queue number since I've an appt. So approach a staff, tell them your issue. But I went on a Monday when it's not so packed. Weekends could be different. But be nice to the staff. Saw another guy also doing exchange but damn nasty to the staff. They took the phone and only box for transfer of warranty which took 30mins or so to complete. For collection, I just headed straight to the same staff who served me and walked off in 5 mins with a new handset and a power bank. Overall experience was smooth and I would urge everyone to stay patient. Eventually, it will come to your turn.

Regarding TPSG I went to Red White Mobile, paid $30, waited about 45mins for the work to be done. Fp sensor works perfectly and worksmanship is solid. $30 might be Abit steep but for an ease of mind. The Sp works perfectly with UAG Plasma case which costed me $30 from Qoo10 11.11 sale.

Overall, exchange is a bit of a hassle but tolerable. Loving the phone so far, particularly, the wide angle lens.

I'm merely repeating what most bro has already shared but hope it helps! Cheers!

When I use LG phones in the past, wide angle lens can be used in whatsapp's camera. Anyone knows if it is possible to use wide angle lens in WhatsApp for mate20?

Well.. When i did my exchange i had to waiy for hours even though i had an appointment.

My 2nd set also turns green. They stop replying facebook messages and they make empty promises all the time. Only way is to call them and not hang up until they provide a solution. Next to the phone issue, i have already wasted 60 dollars on screen protector and i will never get it back.

Hello m20pro brothers! I have a problem I keep forgetting to ask. How can I make my mate 20 pro play HD videos on facebook? I have no problem with youtube it's just facebook that I cannot play HD when on mobile data.. I have turned on whatever settings that require to enable the HD still the video is still displaying as low resolution and there's no option on my facebook app to select quality unlike Youtube.

To be exact: I have no option to select the quality for videos which are live stream and saved after live stream. But the quality will be HD when I am on WIFI. (Or when I use PC to watch the same video its fine) When I am on mobile data it will not give me any option to select quality and just display low quality video. My signal is 4G+ though. It has been like this for the longest time.
