Just got a replacement set by going down straight, didn't get the powerbank because CSO says must receive the SMS in order to have a case no. then can give free powerbank. Conclusion, remember to ask for it since you going through the proper channel.

Not that I'm cheapskate, but at least its an compensation for our time? I waited 2hours from 1pm to 3.30pm on Monday.



I believe HW's CS is doing their best, pleasing everyone the best they could from what I see at the service center. And it really proved the unexpected success of their product. Which made me appreciate my "mate" more than ever.

I am using the TG from RWM and using it will UAG Monarch. Working fine till now. Dont think it ill popup as its have around 1mm gap between the case and TG.

The main advantage is, it does not have black border. I dont want to hide my screen

the rwm screen protector good or not? the indisplay fingerprint ok? cause last time got a $15 screen protector with dot matrix.. face id also cannot cause the tg block the sensor and fingerprint also very bad. issit a must to get uag case for the tg?

anyone feeling disappointed with the camera? i went to a concert yesterday and the pictures i took using pro mode, man it sucks. was using the x3 zoom and the quality is just terrible. i've shot better using my mate 9 and mate 10.

Good. And yes, the staff said it works with UAG. I'm not sure about other type. Finger print ok. Works as good as without sp. Sp does not cover front cam.

Can hit 15hrs at least with my very light usage.

Finally took the plunge. Was thinking about it since early October. Decided to wait for my M1 voucher. Then this bleed news came out and hesitated.
Then the m1 22-26nov promo news came. So decided to wait further.
Finally decided what the hack and took a chance. Got the m1 and hw launch freebies. But the best news is probably the display is from boe. So far so good. The sales must be thinking I was a nut covering up the screen and stared at it for such a long time.

3month data upsize to 5GB. This one if I am not wrong is +2gb
3month single country data roaming
First one is useless to me.
Second maybe good cause will be going into Malaysia a couple of times in the next 3 months

Me. Replacement set also turns green. Their customer service is the joke of the year.

wah i see this kind i scared sia... cause my m20p also kena green tint but compared to other models not very serious... only can see green tint in complete darkness. i scared i change then the problem even worse... and idw go back to huawei service centre more than once zzz

wah i see this kind i scared sia... cause my m20p also kena green tint but compared to other models not very serious... only can see green tint in complete darkness. i scared i change then the problem even worse... and idw go back to huawei service centre more than once zzz

the screen bleed issue will get worse with time, that's why some people dont have the issue at first and it slowly becomes more obvious. I suggest u exchange it when you still can. just check when u exchange that u get a boe screen and it should be fine
