Don't really game much, at most 1 hour each day. But same as symbiote28, heavier usage on firefox, facebook and instagram.

Was worried something's wrong with my battery or i've charged it wrongly

Try change your browser to brave browser, uninstall Facebook app and adapt the habit of logging it on browser instead. I'm sure battery will improve.
An hour of gaming probably strikes off between 10-12% of battery.

Miss the great video taking quality on n9. And Samsung pay too.the display resolution and the quick file transfer from PC to phone.
I like the stereo speakers till I blast music on m20x, great quality produce through the top and bottom speakers.

If your n9 is the 512gb variant, can just sell it and get m20x without any top up. Maybe can keep some spare change.

Edit: of course m20x has longer battery life.
If you're comfortable with the size which is just few mm shorter than xiaomi max 3, please fulfill your desire.

I using note 9 and mate x. Mate x is more of my main phone now. The screen size and camera is just awesome.

That's really first I've heard.. maybe the shop want to shabo ur friend. I think you need to stay away from that shop
Done it before with oppo phones. Apparently for oppo A77 last time. Pasting over the stock protector no bubbles. Took it out and paste a new TG protector and the whole border got gap.
My first reaction: WTF? Hahaha. That's why ask about HW first before I try any stun. Haha

Ikr. Putting a protector over another protector is like putting on a case over another case. Make sense? Not at all to me.
I am not kidding. My friend did have a double case for his iPhone 6 last time. A spigen skin case then squeeze into a UAG plasma. Cause he always drop and crack phone screens.
But that does not help la. He just trying to be funny.
Still broke it when his phone flew from his bike

That is not true, I'm using it since launch and there is still no green tint despite how I tested it.. it's LG panel btw. I'm sure there are many others with LG panel but without the green tint issues and happily using it.
I do not mind it it has green tint after a few months as I can get 1 to 1 exchange anyway and a brand new phone

Bro can u read what we were talking about lol. I'm not saying all LG panels will have it, common sense tells you that isnt true, majority of LG panels are good. His scenario is, I quote, "cause my m20p also kena green tint", which means he already have the issue and it'll only get worse. Would really appreciate if you read before you anyhow comment, waste everyone's time.

Also, what you said once again isnt true either, please do some research. Some screens start to develop the issue at a later time, a couple of other users just here on this forum had no issues and just recently have the green tint appear. Please lah, you're on a forum, at least learn to read before making urself sound stupid. Maybe ure lucky urs had no issue, but please dont mislead other people when u have no idea what ure talking about

I came from note 9.

I find:
-M20p to be faster and more fluid than N9
(It's iPhone speed and fluidity or close enough imo, the new 7nm chip is no joke)
-M20p battery last longer
-m20p charges way faster
-m20p more manuverable for 1h user
-m20p better camera imo(but it's a bit over processed)

-i do miss the s pen and it's ability to doodle or take notes
-n9's have better speakers
-N9's screen is a wee little bit better

Yah haha omg, I really miss the s pen, if only hw couldve at least made their m-pen usable on m20 pro also instead of just the X :/ Samsung also has one of the best screens too, but i think utility wise, a better processor just beats everything, even the exynos 9820 expected to be released with S10 next year

the screen bleed issue will get worse with time, that's why some people dont have the issue at first and it slowly becomes more obvious. I suggest u exchange it when you still can. just check when u exchange that u get a boe screen and it should be fine

how to know if i get a boe screen? also wdym by exchange when i can? is there a time limit to when i can exchange the phone?

I jus got my replacement from huawei this afternoon. My appt they gave me was 5pm but I was there early cos evening got plans.

Anyway, if u do not any any appt with them, they prob will ask u go back and wait for their text. The lady told me phones available in stocks are for the replacement programs. Each phone was tagged for those who have appt with them. If u are lucky, they may have stock if u go without appt.

And as for the screen, all replacement units are BOE sets. That's all I know

I got my powerbank without any questions asked.
how to contact them to ask for appt online? is there a booking system or sth? and how to get the free powerbank?

Download Device Hw Info from app store, then u can see the display info, it will say LG or BOE (u can ignore the error that pops up when u open the app)

Their exchange policy can always change, now they're offering 1-1 exchange. Because a lot of people have this issue now, they're doing it for damage control (and losing a lot of money). Where do u think the phones collected back will go? It'll go back factory, change new screen only and most likely given out as replacement phones in the future. Yes there is 2 years warranty, but future it'll most likely be repairs/ give u a replacement phone (basically spoilt phones that went back to factory to be repaired), so ure going to get someone else's used phone. If you don't mind then it's ok, but since u already have the issue, it's going to get more serious, might as well exchange it now

There's multiple ways, most people message them on facebook messenger/ call them, but people are complaining that they stopped replying, probably because of the sheer number of people with issues. Read what I wrote previously to help you get it fixed sooner. Free powerbank they'll usually tell u when u call them, but if not just ask for it when u get it exchanged

Here's to help everyone out with their exchanging issues. This lets you get ur issue fixed within 1 hour, no waiting, but only do this if you need it fixed urgently because it'll increase overall delay times for other people.

1. Don't bother waiting for them to call you or message on facebook, they take forever. Just straight call their service number 800 852 6666. They'll take down your details and say they'll call you back. Just tell them you're busy or find an excuse like you're going overseas next week, they'll tell you that you can go down immediately.

2. Go down, take a number at the shop, and just wait for your turn. Once it's your number, just tell them the issue and they'll take down ur details again and help you replace it on the spot. (For those of you without issues, if u want leech the free power bank you can try also coz they dont check xD) They'll ask u to back up, and reset it, then take ur phone. They'll give you a brand new sealed box to ask you check, before they take it to the back to set the warranty and tell you to come back in 30 minutes to 1 hour. It's usually quite fast, so i suggest u can come back after 15 minutes, take a queue number and go stroll for like 15 minutes more instead of waiting there. Then just take ur phone, check everything works etc, download device info Hw to check which screen you got. They'll usually give you the power bank but if you dont get it, just ask them for it.

3. Tadah you're done. Note that for M1 users, the reception for 4G is bad/ non existent, so when you start up your new phone, it might be stuck on the "checking for updates" page or you just simply cant download the app. Just go out of the place and try it again.

With this you can get ur issue fixed within an hour without waiting days for them to call. Do note that if everyone does this the delay might increase because they have more customers. Hope this is helpful for those who need it fixed urgently ^_^ Good luck! Leave a like if it helped :)

> Edit: edited to say that you can just take ur phone without box or accessories, they wont need it, if they ask just say the person on the phone didnt tell you. You'll basically get a free set of 1) Super charger 2) earphone dongle 3) usb-c earphones 4) transparent case

> Edit 2: If you get an LG screen again (unlikely), then just call them again or just go back and ask for another replacement

Anybody can help?

I bet it's the permission thing. Go to app/wa/notification management.
Are you using teslaunread? I had a hard time after transferring everything from my old phone to get wa notification to work. Experimented a few ways once it worked I tried to remove some settings to see which was not needed. But that screwed things up and wa notifications stopped working even after I restore every setting as before.
So this was what I did to get it to work and some settings may not be necessary but I stopped experimenting once it worked.

1 App/phone manager/notification; check options
2 Start teslaunread check apps u want
3 Reinstall wa
4 App/Wa/notification turn on the necessary

For users whose battery life is rather short, did you activate navigation gesture? I just realised it drains battery a lot.

Called the hotline as described by one of the guys here.
He mentioned I can just go down to get my replacement.

And also finally got a reply from their FB, stating that i have to bring down the full box and receipt to do the exchange
