And also finally got a reply from their FB, stating that i have to bring down the full box and receipt to do the exchange

Uncheck use volte

I just received my M20Pro from Singtel. Missed out giving me the 'sitex freebies', my set is BOE screen.

Can anyone advise, the green screen, is it more visible on 'white background'? Im seeing green screen on both sides on white background.

If you compare to Pixel or Oneplus yeah maybe, but compared to most major manufacturers, Huawei is pretty decent.

green tint for me is only on black background in pitch darkness, but some say will get worse over time so i might go change. now i scared that i kena green tint again on second set sia zzzz

Just to share that I have got the huawei ANC earphone CM-Q3.

i got it because i could not hear things clearly using normal earphone when taking mrt/bus. here i compare with bose quietcomfort 20:

Pros of huawei CM-Q3:
- Cheaper at S$60. bose costs S$300+
- good build quality almost on par with bose
- comfort similar as bose
- more convenient, easier to wear: wire length just right. structure simplified. earbud easy to put on. qc20 a bit messy, wire too long, and earbud needs quite some adjustment after put on
- no battery box required, draw power directly from USB-C. no need to charge. greatly reduced overall weight. this is the major advantage over bose.
- 3 level of noise reduction settings. bose has 1 only.
- good noise reduction performance. not completely blocking ambient noise but very useful and decent.
- less "ear pressure" caused by ANC, comparing to bose

Pros of bose quietcomfort 20:
- excellent noise reduction performance. comparing with bose, huawei CM-Q3 removed about 75% of the low end spectrum of the noise (the humming portion) but high frequency portion still presented (although attenuated). bose still better in overall noise cancelling.

for me, CM-Q3 will be my daily earphone which is excellent and win bose hands down for this purpose. for airplane, i will still use bose.

Hi all, I was thinking of buying the M20Pro from taobao/tmall in China. Then I saw this green tint issue. Should I wait another month for new batch or should I just take a leap of faith?

I was pretty excited on buying the M20Pro, but now with this issue it got me thinking of buying other brand instead

i bought from taobao. 300 RMB. but can find also from qoo10/lazada/ebay etc although maybe shipped from china too.

Question for my mate 20 pro, when I plug in the bundled super charger, I get a double lightning bolt next to battery that shows supercharging.

When I plug in a generic charger it doesn't show any lightning bolt.

When I plug in my powerbank that supports QC3.0, USB-C PD (not sure about Huawei FCP), I get a single lightning bolt next to battery.. Is this also some form of fast charging?
