Anyone experiencing Mate 20 Pro auto shut off while wireless charging? Using Spigen Rugged Armour, any chance of it being overheated?

The last time I experienced this, I was using the same case.
I believe its overheated, cos ever since then i rarely use the wireless charge function.

By the way, does any one know where to get a full screen TGSP for mate 20 Pro and how much is it?
Was using a film protector from WWP X-Gear, but I exchanged my phone recently, so no more screen protector.

Also, WestGate now has a Huawei Service Center, way less crowd as compared to the one at 313!

I'm having m2p, the lockscreen seems to be not in full size, only able to see the steps count and clock, unable to see the date and the camera shortcut. Tried adjust resolution to 1080p still the same. Is this normal?

I've found that only Huawei stock launcher is. Most stable...

Other launchers keep getting random crap.like can't connect to camera and other UI quirks..

Posted from PCWX using LYA-L29

Using Nova launcher and occasionally have that "Error, can't connect to camera" issue, when I change default home to Huawei then ok.

So third party home launchers can mess-up the triggering of app icons to the app activation....? Some widgets already can't load in third party launchers though.

Don't think that's true. I have seen complaints that that happened even w hw launcher.

If u reboot the problem will go away. So I guess changing the launcher has the similar effect.

There's a theory this is caused by AI trying to do low light capture. I am not sure why it would do that at the launch of camera.

I had that once and it was at night and I had dim light at my desk.

Can confirm most of the time when the problem happens, I am in low light environment. M20Pro using apex launcher here. Irritating but saw in the next software update changelog that it will address the issue..supposedly.
