Is it common to see a bit of green tint on the edge of the display? Mine has it on the right curved side but when I look at it directly from the side it goes away. Is this normal? I went to the service centre and they said it was normal light refraction. Using BOE display on Huawei Mate 20 pro.

From your description, yes. There were some discussions earlier on. Trace back if you are interested.

I am impressed that they have actually used the word "refraction". :s13: They must have been following this thread. :D

When did you sell this off? I'm looking for 2nd hand sets but online ads are showing $980 price range
I sell to shop of coz price lower, they will take my set and mark up to sell. I saw from the ad, they advertise my set at $1000.

If you're using nova, swipe down anywhere on the home screen. Or you can enable 1 handed mode by swiping the navigation buttons all the way to the right or left then pull down the notification shade.

Seems like M20P cannot delete more than 1 SMS message in a thread. In all my previous phones (iPhone, Galaxy S2, Note 4, LG V20), I can select a few SMS messages in a thread and delete them without the need to delete them one by one.

Huawei Tech Support called and he told me M20Pro currently cannot do the SMS message selection for delete purpose. The weird thing is that his own M10Pro is able to do so. Did their engineers forgot to add this feature for M20Pro? No one else here having this issue with their M20Pro?

Thanks... Will try out nova launcher... Nothing out of the box that allows what I need?

Was hoping to have something like ios with the on screen home button on emui... Just converted from iPhone x...

IINM, there's a widget, when you click, you will bring down the notification bar and toogle.
Alternatively, if you're not using gesture, you can opt for the 4 buttons navigation. The 4th button will pull down the bar.

This is not their fault. Cos it's using default Android messages by Google and that's their stupid design.

You can easily replace it with another app like Textra for example.

Thank-you!

Using Textra now. Good recommendation
