But I really miss Google Pay....am currently using the Singtel Dash app for transport... Quite ma fan leh.

For mine, so far all my apps working properly, whatsapp messages are received promptly too

I come from a note 10+

I am loving this phone for:
1. Superb battery life (lasted me 2 days with 7 hours sot, or 1 day heavy use with 10 to 11 hours sot)
2. One of the lightest OS i have used
3. Better cellular connectivity compared to note10+. No random disconnections from 4G or data

Does the installation require me to have a usb C thumbdrive? cos i saw a few tutorial vids that require usb C thumbdrive.

Planning to go get the mate 30 pro tonight. if the free gifts are still avaliable. haha

I manage to get the free gifts. Mine i install GMS myself. If you stay west area i can do it for u foc if u meet me under my block lol

i just followed the same guide for mate30pro and it works well on my mate30.

Yah thought of getting the non pro too.
But battery should be better on the pro

i got it because of the flat screen
not too sure about the battery life on the pro but for me the mate 30 battery life is very good leh, constantly hitting at least 6-7 hours on screen time with gms installed and 1-2 hours gaming.

Most of us here using Zeelot. 49.90.

What brand is the protector? Double check that it will not pop up because the screen is extremely curved.

The first one I tried from mobile stop was 30 bucks, but they couldn't get rid of the bubbles so they didn't charge me.

Then I tried Zeelot from CP and it was really well fixed.

I was just following instructions as the dash app said the app must be opened to use it.

But I tried it today with just the phone screen unlocked, and it was ok.

It's no Google pay but it's not that bad I guess

are there matte option for the zeelot screen protector? im starting to feel the screen w/o protector is a fingerprint magnet already

You can try calling Casefactorie tomorrow and check as they have a very wide variety of Zeelot protectors.

I doubt the p30 pro is interchangeable as the curvature is very steep, hence called waterfall for the Mate 30 pro.

Actually the Note 10+ feels like a wide brick in the hand (another reason I didnt keep it)... Unless you mean the Note 10 non plus version.

The Mate 30 Pro is just right, though what apps are you running that it's deemed poor battery life? I'm not having a problem with the battery life for the M30P.
