I charge full before i go sleep
Very fast will full, think abt 1 hr from 20%
Sleep for 8 hrs wake up, batt drop 8% only with many chat apps running in background

Used to charge overnight for past phone
Now no need liao

By default, those settings are turn on for chat apps
U must have disable/not allowed them urself when u first started the app

there's a more direct way if you are taking a screenshot to share..
just hold down the home button, tap share, a screenshot will be taken without the overlay menu, select app to share
