Mate9 Users,

can i ask for your reason to choose this over LG V20 since LG V20 has dedicated 2nd sim slot and a SD slot instead of the hybrid slot in Mate9?

Am stuck between these 2 models. Mate9 has my vote for bigger battery, Leica camera and the cheaper price.

I have been a happy user from Mate 7 /8 because of the battery and screen size but the camera on these 2 older model is just so so... now on Mate 9 also because of the battery.... I really wish Mate 9 had a delicate sd slot too.. Leica camera is an added bonus for me

For me, is the display quality, and both are 1080p but V20 looks wash out. I find Mate 9 is better. And also camera wise, the choice is clear.

from past one (and only one) experience, i dare not try LG again. plus, don't really mind the 1080 screen but battery life on the Mate 9 is a beast.

i am using zenfone deluxe...sold my v20 as the screen was a washout..and the phone lag badly

Any lobang for accessories for this beauty ? E.g. Cases or premium screen protector?

Tried searching in Qoo10 but results are hard to datamine.

V20 screen is not 1080 though, 2560x1440 but I agree the screen calibration is not as good having come from the amoled screens in Samsung.

Battery life no doubt LG phones ain't that good but its replaceable. Had a v20 for a short while but it didn't grow in me, sold it and went back to s7e before going ip7+.

Now I'm tempted by this mate 9 too after molesting the demo set recently.

Anyone having problem when using mate 9 to play pokemon go? I am currently having the issue that sometimes the ball doesnt response when your finger are trying to spin the ball.
