Slow charge meh, I find it pretty fast.

But if you wanted to cable to charge using power bank. I will recommend this 10cm short stiff thick ]

For the 10 cm Cygnett, I got it at Jem, Challenger store.

I am not sure about 136 as I updated straight to 138.

I only can said when it's idling. Meaning I closed all the applications. My full 100% only dropped maybe 1% after 4 hours.

Normal surfing, whatsapp and playing of POGO dropped from 100% to 66% in 3 hours.

If solely playing POGO can last me 6 hours and still left 50% battery on the conservative side.

How did you get so much battery life? For me even simple surfing on the net for like 20-30mins already eat around 10% of my battery life already. Playing clash royale on my phone for 30mins eat up 15-20% .I am on B136 though

Try the Huawei plug with the cable you bought and see hows the charging.

How did you get so much battery life? For me even simple surfing on the net for like 20-30mins already eat around 10% of my battery life already. Playing clash royale on my phone for 30mins eat up 15-20% .I am on B136 though

I initially also battery sucks but I read here and after I uninstalled Messenger and Facebook apps, the battery had improved.

Actually I don't used Facebook and Messenger apps.

I am still monitoring my battery usage.

I initially was using my XiaoMi 20000mAH power bank but that's too heavy for me and now with the Mate 9, I doubt I needed that much of mAH.

I surf and was looking at a fast charge 10000mAH power bank which is small and light from the net and comparing among a lot of them and finally brought this :

Looked very nice but price is not cheap.

So I then used it's supplied cable but I got from Qoo a USB A to USB C adaptor below to charge my Mate 9 :

But I am not happy with the charging performance while playing my POGO. It's not as fast as what I thought.

So I then used back my Cygnett cable as below :

The charging performance improved a lot. Highly recommended this 10cm stiff cable which I also used it on my 20000mAH powerbank. But price is ex.

I am also using this cable as below for charging from my office computer USB 2.0 port :

1 hour = 10% increase.

15% dropped if I played POGO for 1 hour on average so if 3 hours is left with 55% which is nowadays why I can just bring my Mate 9 out for short hours without using my power bank.

I think if I don't played POGO can last pretty long. My colleague who is on 136 told me normal whatsapps, surfing, watching youtube and calling can last him for 1 day and still have 50% battery life.

Just check my Mate 9 charging using my red monster power bank and cygnett cable. With my POGO and chrome applications running but screen off. My charging from 54% went up to 91% in 1 hour.

I am going to buy this phone today, is spigen rugged armor a good case for mate 9. I am use to otterbox but I think it doesn't have casing for mate 9 right?

I heard it also come with screen protector, but will it be advisable to put tempered glass?
