Does anyone know if you can install
1) android apks on harmony
2) does microG work on harmony
3) any issues with using china export sets in Singapore other than the usual bloatware issues

So you mean the Mobile Services is equivalent to Google Play Store? I am quite tempting to get this phone though.

Its not as good as Google Playstore yet. Some apps are still not available. It depends on whether you can live with the limitation right now.

Try to live without Google Mobile Services if you really want to buy Huawei.

GMS is dead on Huawei phone anyway.

On the global sets you can still do it with microG, lighthouse etc but haven't tried full Gms free yet. Maybe x3 will be the first

hows the chinese ROM on the X fold? Any issues like locked launchers, advertisements and pop ups that cannot be disabled etc?

wah the phone is pretty impressive.

i just upgraded to harmony os3 on my mate 20x, and find the multitasking so much refined. i thought its really designed for foldable, making me want to get a foldable.

now that hms is getting more and more stabilized, all this mate x3 need is a 5g cover to get that 5g connectivity.

there is no reason that no 5g case is planned for this huawei super flagship, if p60 and mate 50 has it.

I never use any other launcher beside the default launcher but installed Google browser instead using the default browser and no issue on the pop up etc.

Guess the only limitation is the apps which can be used to separate into two page view etc.
