new update still didn't change the volume of my bluetooth earphones. i guess it will be here to stay

Enable Developers Option


Then go Setting -- Developers Options - Bluetooth Absolute Volume -- Enable it

The sound is louder for my Bluetooth headset .. I do re-pairing the headset
