I am bit confused with some saying that the new mystic blue and lavender colors comes with emui 10 and Android 10 out of box. Is it true? Does our local set comes with Android 10?

That's what I thought too.
Turns out to be not the case. Just got my mystic blue yesterday, and it's EMUI 9. Will have to wait to get the EMUI 10 pushed.

I also... I just changed to circleslife Sim this morning. So I thought is dim problem.

I lost Volte and WiFi calling on both sims after update. Anybody else?

Since my P20 pro days, using foreign sim to trigger updates. Somehow SG is always slower than neighbouring countries.

Nope. It's here right now in Singapore - at least through MyRepublic (Starhub)
