I think if you stick an ECG on your toes, you'll come up with a reading as well :)

sorry to bump an old thread.

any successful flaggers here can offer some tips. i have tried jumping into a tucked flag but to no success. i press as hard as i can with my lower arm but still unable to push myself above ground :(

what progressions should i take before doing the tucked flag?

Just using my brain a little bit, never tried it before, but perhaps, try the flag with your lower leg propped up with a chair? And slowly rely on the chair less.

oh lol would be weird carrying a chair to the fitness corner. thanks for the idea, will try out with resistance bands instead :)

Well, it doesn't need to be a chair, anything sturdy enough at the right height would do.
