you can write in to HDB and apply.
Or check with any agent there, they can assist you.

I think have, they cannot anyhow built a 10m pool and claimed 50m.
Map look smaller because of the land layout.

for all the EC launches, the pricelist will only be released juz a few days before the actual balloting day. so right now till then, we only have indicative pricing.

can submit the eapp and declare to developer to make an appeal. see if developer wanna take in ur case onot. pm me if u may need assistance.

It is not surprising that the median psf is higher than 850 - 900.

HG 1 is where? The interchange mah? The nearest HG mall or point is more than 5 min lor

The only re sell price for future is maybe got the ros school lor.
Even that, it is also to very near to the school.

3 bed room plus study room if for me really interested and price not more than 1 m
