I Googled but can't find the data that states the location of the station

Oh it is a prediction. Cross island line runs from hougang to amk. So it should be laid under hougang ave 2 and amk ave 3. And serangoon north ave 1 shouldn't be missed.

I think should be able to sell well if the price is not too high. Any where in hougang area can considered rather near to down town le...has bus access is good enough. The developer also quite ok. At least not from China. I look at the one Canberra ec's Incident where the whole kitchen cabinets can collapse. U can imagine how other residents felt, I can't imagine after 5 years, what else can collapse...ha..ha.....the Chinese developer is really terrible!

Developer can always find a cheap contractor to do the work. My relative bought a PC in the east from this developer and was sharing horror story of how her neighbour living room floor tiles started popping out. But they did redo for the neighbor la.

So must check when going see the showroom who will be the contractor

Many people are still disregarding the track record of the developers. But it is understandable. Because the quality of the condo is kinda related to luck and one always hopes their purchased unit wouldn't kena.
