Hundred reason why smoking is bad

My nightmare started few years back when a new neighbour started smoking every day at the windows
Sometimes at kitchen window
Sometimes at bedroom window

Can the government ban smoking while walking?? When I was in Japan, i hardly see or smell anyone smoking even though Japan have a huge population of smokers.

You may think that if they don't smoke and send 2nd hand to you, it's ok. However, here is other harm they do.
1. Throw cigaratte bud on the floor
2. Use hospital resource when they get lung cancer
3. Use excuse to get break.
4. Increase the demand of smoke
5. Cause the ozone layer to thin

Edmwer bui kia siao ah pi alot one lah. Though I non smoker and ex smoker..

But these bui kias here nothing is right in their eyes and everything in life is a scam or pest by

1) wedding invite is to scam their one month cai Png money while paying for bride and groom satkiness

2) smoker is pest that harm these edmwer bui kia precious health depsite the fact these bui kia forever alone, not much friends , hold tightly to cai Png money, kpkb colleagues..don't know these bui kias wanna live so long for what

3) hate agents thinking why they able make so much money while their own cai Png fund is so limited .

4) whatever girl to them looks sh/t and hiam this and that

5) japanese or Korean car cmi..got money why not buy high end car while these bui kia haven't even step foot into bbdc / ssdc etc..

At end of day these bui kia keep syphoning their parents money bit by bit through smaller items like toilet paper or tissue paper. Wipe kar chng or kill their children nightly on these paper. Maybe they don't wipe kar chng but use water..hey also using parent money leh...water no need money ?

The 12% smokers hold the 88% people ransom by smoking in their house and letting the smoke waif out to the surroundings. Also they smoke at corners like staircase or even at the parks or near stadium carparks. People trying to be healthy while exercising have to smell the smoke a few meters away. So when we complain insurance premiums are rising due to higher incidence of cancer etc, why does the 88% have to pay for the actions of the minority?

If we can stamp out smoking indoors and in aircon places, we certainly can stamp out smoking from our future generations? Somehow having a small minority smoking seems to outweigh the benefits of a healthier population. The govt sees no urgency in banning future gen from smoking. I do not see the rationale. Even NZ did an u turn ?
