hwz email system got problem?

i got this friend he tried to log in his account but his account was given limited access due to "email inactivity".

He tried to change email or password and the system would say the verification or password had been sent to the stated email but he didn't receive anything.

checked everything. i think registration time, he click do not want to receive any email by hwz? my account working fine, his cannot receive email from hwz

I don't think the option will affect the registration process. He will have to wait till Monday when the Admins are back in office.

cfm got glitch in between, else how come verify email was sent by hwz side but not received by receiver side? (used couple of email add from different providers)
