Hwz loading stuck or slow on browser

Hi, i would like to ask why is it when accessing hwz is stuck or slow down? there are times i need to reload 2 times but mostly 1 time to access into the page.

Issue might be isolated to your use case.

have you tried a different device/browser or use it in incognito mode?

Please try the following and see if it helps:

• Check your internet connection
• Use a different computer or device
• Disable all plugins or addons to your browser, set to incognito mode
• Use a different browser
