After log in with correct password,
cannot edit profile at all, eg. change avatar.
Forum prompts for re-enter password, which i did, but keeps saying wrong username/password.

Reset password via email.

Log in with new password - success.
Click edit profile, system prompted for password again, entered the new pass - fail again.
Cannot edit profile

Any idea why? :o

I also have this problem. Could not log in to the user cp. From what I see it seems to be problem with the secureforums.hardwarezone.com.sg domain.

Just informed tech team on this.

I'll see what they got to update later.

Hmm. I've also tried editing User CP - no problem for me.

Tech team suggests to check if the browser is blocking cookie from secureforums.hardwarezone.com.sg or try a different browser.

See if that helps?

I am using Firefox.

Hmmm but the problem is with the wrong password or missing user info, so I dun think it's cookie issue. Anyway I have not blocked cookies from hardwarezone.com.sg (includes the ones from secureforums too).

Guys, at the "Forum prompts for re-enter password" page, can u try logging in with your user id in the original case?

Cos I noticed that "kiwi8" failed but "Kiwi8" passed the password checks.

Hope that helps. :o

if you read below it says

for security reasons and if you noticed. its now SSL Encrypted ( like finally) before you can edit your profile.

why can't they just put SSL on the whole forum lol:s22:

I have no idea what SSL is. As far as I know for 12 years my account here has been safe.
