Wah I better wait 6 mths later to install HyperOS.

i think it may happen sometimes after update, maybe old cache data not compatible with new OS

i cleared caches still the same. when i install new app or update, it will download halfway and hang there.

My XM 13T Pro after update to HyperOS , Play Store still working fine

Updated to latest HyperOS yesterday night so far ok, only thing is that Battery remaining screentime always showing 7hrs 28mins irregardless of the battery capacity percentage left

I didn't monitor.

I charge my phone about twice a day using a slow old charger at night or a slightly faster one in my car during the day.

are u referring to the batt settings screen in say Balanced or Performance mode? if so, that timing is fixed.

My batt remaining on the home screen at the top is % based.

Screentime remaining is not changing.
Battery percentage is ok and how's your battery draining issue?
