Has anyone been for hypnosis therpy ?
I'm thinking of going for one. But not sure whether it helps.
Being wanting to quit smoking for sometime now, another to gain confidence.
Can someone advice ?

u can do it yourself.
Just plant anchoring points(visual, spartial, kinesthetic, sound) at the state of mind when u feel great of not smoking. You must do it frequently to make it strong.
after that, if u feel like smoking, just activate the anchoring points, u will instantly feel great of not smoking.
same as confidence,
Example: if there is a point of time you are confident, hit your chest 3 times and whisper loudly "no problem!". Do it again and again whenever you feel confident.
So whenever, u don't feel confident, hit your chest 3 times and whisper "no problem!" . Instantly u will feel the confidence back to you.
Remember to make the anchoring strong cos if you do it too much when you have no confidence, it will neutralise the effect.
the best time to plant the anchor is when there is a trend of you feeling that way.
Alternatively, If u want to do it using hypno rapid induction and plant the anchor, you need someone good at this. There are a few hypnotherapists in singapore. just google. it
