Hi bro. Take it easy. Don't be too hard on yourself. Remember to come here and tcss everyday. I heard from fellow butties here that your job is toxic. It's hard to leave a toxic job especially if you need the money. See if you can find something better I left my job before finding a new one because it was too shitty, abusive boss :(

Yeah, we need to survive and with such toxic colleagues, can really make our life upside down.

Cant get things right.
Cant take back control.
Cant do things properly.
Cant meet the right people.
Cant make things work in my favour.

Lost my sleep.
Lost my mood.
Lost my appetite.

Fall back to my hobbies.
Unable to feel the same.
Lost my interests with my hobbies.

No mood, no heart to do anything.
Just struggle. Then make more mistakes. Then become my fault. Then thrown under the bus. Pay for other people's problems.
chill bro… take care…

You’ve made it through days you thought would break you. You’ll make it through this one too.

One small step. One breath at a time. You’re still here. And that’s enough for today.

You are the problem, the problems aren't you. You created the problems.

At the end of the day, all of us arrive at one destination - the coffin.

Who's the successful one?

If no one can escape death, then what do the achievements in this life, of this world, count? Nothing.

Degree certificate form Cambridge, Harvard. High appointment with a C suite salary. Beautiful wife. A fleet of luxury cars, any one of which makes the price of a Rolex or a Patek Phillipe suddenly look way affordable.

Yet, as the now too familiar cliché goes, we can take none of these along with us.

Success is knowing how to cherish, enjoy, appreciate each moment of our life. Take one step at a time, live one moment at a time. Don't think too far ahead, of even tomorrow. I am not saying that we don't need to work and save some money but there is no reason to benchmark our milestones using others or the world's definitions for success.

At least you still have a celery. Many other people got no (more) celery.

At least you still have a complete and reasonably healthy body (I assume) to move about to eat to drink to sleep.

The things we experience in life are all conditioned one. Say when you were hit with a negative emotion/mood due to what you did/others did to you, and you let your first negative emotion expands and continues by continuing to wallow in it, it will condition your subsequent emotions and your negativity is not going to end.

Many things in life are out of our control. We just do the best that we can and let the results come. Constantly holding on to what you think you should get but getting disappointed is not going to help.

If you are feeling continuously lousy and starting to border on depression, best is to go see doctors/professionals. Taking a break (not annual leave) from working might help to a certain extent; the need to find and resume work is another issue in time to come.
