I can't receive PMs

Been that way since I created this account. No problems sending out PMs though. Anyway for me to fix this?

Did you previously uncheck the box for Enable Private Messaging in the User control panel?

Verify the option, go to User CP, login in when prompt. Click the Option tab then check the box beside Enable Private Messaging under Messaging & Notification.

It's enabled. I still can't receive any PMs.
