well if one has the $$, can consider Lucence insight ( not afflicted with them)

The specificity is up to 99% as claimed.

Prob more useful then the generic ca125, cea etc.

Prob PSA has some value, the rest as WW said are not recommended for screening, rather the use is for cancer prognosis/progress monitoring after treatment

How come no more? Btw my company max only pay $450/year for medical screening, the rest I will top up.

i change company. My ex company sign a deal with raffles hospital for a specific package, its abt 500 but if we wanna check extra stuff we will need to top up ourselves.

If u are able to, sign up for the Prudential PRUMan plan. You can get a free medical checkup once every 2 years, quite comprehensive checkup actually.

Google for this plan if you are interested.

I think this 'complementary' check up only consists of the very basic tests that probably worth less than $50 (if comb hard enough). This is OK if one only wants the basic indicators.

My friend has a PruLady. So happy got 'free' checkup but she always ended up paying much more after adding this and that. Maybe a 'loss leader' marketing concept good for insurer and service providers.

Beginning of this year she finally 'woke up' and 'forefeited' her 'free' check up and took a package from another screener coz it's overall cheaper than her "free + add-ons" of PruLady.

*I am not familiar with the exact tests provided in PruLady, like if policy sum is higher then may be entitled to higher-tier check up etc.
