I drop my iphone 5s

Didn't have screen protector on. Now the entire screen is shatter after few drops. 1st time was ok, the subsequent falls the screen crack and shatter, now it feels like coming off. Its too blur till I can't see the words on the screen. Where can I replace a new screen? Should I change in Sim Lim or is there any reputable shops I can do it?

Btw, I got my iphone 5s from singtel and less than a year. Thanks in advance.

Singtel warranty does not cover for cracked screen or cosmetic damage, thus your best choice now is to either pay Singtel to replace your screen or head to some 3rd party handphone shop to have it replaced :/

Hi i just went ST for my phone replacement recently and almost got screwed by ST. My HP screen color go haywire, screen no crack & prefectly well, the edges are damaged/dent and at first, ST rejected my hp for 1 to 1 replacement as the team lead said my HP cosmetic dmg is quite bad beyond their acceptance. i was so pissed off and talked alot and finally they said the best is to escalate the case to APPLE CARE centre and for them to assess the hp whether to accept 1 to 1 replacement. Fortunately for me, apple side accepted my HP condition and allow a 1 to 1 replacement via ST. My HP is a ip5s 6 mth old. could have costed me $380 to get a brand n"ew" replacement. crack screen go shop do also 150++ so see whether u want a "new" set by paying extra.

as mentioned. shatted screen & water contacted are excl. from the warranty coverage. If HP is within warranty period, pay $380 for a 1 to 1 replacement regardless what capacity, i.e 16cb,32gb or 64gb. damn if u have 16gb against a 64gb. no bargin.

Apple covers a single hairline crack as VMI. Meaning, if you have iPhone has a single hairline crack on the screen , it's cover under Apple Limited Warranty.

after seeing this, i think it's very worth it to get AppleCare+ in future for iphones.

is $380 getting a new set or still a refurbished set (1-to-1 exchange)?
Changed it in SLS liao. everything fails.

refurbished is still original part glass from apple. And it a brand new set. Just that it didn't have the casing. Bring to those 3rd party shop, parts are just a normal glass.
