As you all know or dont know. I will be going on maternity ~ 2 months later. (Havent discuss with coy yet)
My workload recently increased and also my immediate superior complained me that Im inefficient.. we had a meeting and I told the boss that there needs to be a real measure of efficiency not just based on feeling.
Den boss suggested to do an efficiency test on me for the following week.. now Im nervous..
Do you think they trying to find reason to axe me before my maternity and gathering evidence? Or is just a test and im too sensitive? I didnt ask the boss what will he do with the outcome of the test..

Wad type document?
If they claim gt valid reason after the test?

Gather your past years appraisals and if there's any merits or recommendations and promotions.

Think back any black mark or warning given before.

If they going to find excuse to axe you before or after giving birth, all these are merely to get more benefits. Be prepared to find new job cos you will not be able to stay.

How do they measure efficiency in your work, ts?

Any quantifiable indicator? Even professional footballers got statistics attributed to them after every match like %pass completed, interceptions, xG...

Sounds like your boss trying to axe you.

How many more days to go before your maternity leave?

If 1 or 2 weeks, go see gynae and get 2 weeks HL and direct go maternity leave.

One of the ex-chao geng zhabo did that.

And of cos she resigned after maternity leave.

If havent discuss with company yet , why would they axe you?

If that was plan , just let you go maternity and have whoever take up your work replace you after , they make your role redundant.

Seems straight forward if they gonna can you
