The problem with Punggol is that PAP govt built too little amenities there, and too slow.
What the point of living in new town when theres nothing around, and always need to go far, and squeezing on 1 road and 1 train

Huh too little amenities?when was the last time you been to PG? Where got nothing sia?

The guys in URA and MND incharge of Punggol should be sacked.

Maybe you should go PG to see see if you're nearby there

by looking at this area which is the most outskirt of the outskirt of singapore. and very close to pasir gudang which is just across the small sea. is it a hazard to purchase any hdb there?? do give your best advice
