The problem with Punggol is that PAP govt built too little amenities there, and too slow.
What the point of living in new town when theres nothing around, and always need to go far, and squeezing on 1 road and 1 train
Huh too little amenities?when was the last time you been to PG? Where got nothing sia?

The guys in URA and MND incharge of Punggol should be sacked.
Maybe you should go PG to see see if you're nearby there

Remaining lease 89years

While for cascadia ,it's 93sqm 10-12f was sold at $648k last month with 94 years left

I'll pick the former anytime since punggol one hub is 300m away, 5mins walk

And 400m walk to MRT, 6.5mins walk


1km walk to punggol one hub, a LRT stop away to the main station, not here not there, you are considering this project, Wu ya boh?

Look at the exterior like any normal hdb. Not premium also la. U compare high floor to lower floor of cos more ex la. 5 rm already selling 780k at cascadia. No where here and there is tree lodge la. Look so Low ses

why is treelodge good?? i think waterway cascadia better. if not waterway terrace which is just beside waterway point leh
Treelodge is the nearest flat to punggol one hub
Wondering what is the plot of land next to the MRT station reserved for , WWP side

Walk behind Punggol park can reach waterwaypoint in 700m past terrace. U use google map for **** bring u long way

There are other areas in Singapore having sea view too. Without the air pollution.
