Upgraded to win 10 before swapping out the parts, first boot was fine detected all the hardware and stuff before going into windows, no bsod or hangs.

i have uninstalled many drivers from control panel and device manager (show hidden) including the old processor, audio, usb drivers etc and anything with intel in the name.

I have installed the new drivers, It's running fine and everything, but i noticed there is 69 svchost.exe running under processes.. is that normal?

Win 10 made it easier to migrate from one system to another because it will automatically detect the hardware and install the appropriate drivers. However, I still recommend doing a clean install because the registry will likely be quite messy when this happens which may result in some instability.
