Hi people, so recently my monitor screen went haywire for about a month or two. It started out when there's green sometimes pink horizontal line (like a really thin line) that spread through the monitor. As the time goes by, more horizontal lines shows up.

As of yesterday, the taskbar section decides to turn into a pink vibrating taskbar with the lines persisting still.

Googled the problem, but not sure whether it's actually the monitor problem or the gpu's problem.

I changed the cables that connects my pc to my monitor like three times, and when i just left the cable unplug, my screen is left with like 1 green line, and 1 pink line. (If plugged, it's like 5-6 lines with this stupid pink taskbar.):s22:

*I got a picture of how the screen looks, but I can't upload the picture or post the link on HWZ because of post count :\

Thanks for reply. Although I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, but when I switch the DVI-D Cable from VGA slot to this similar slot with a pattern that looks like 几 engraved beside, the weird pixel lines are still there. Do I take it as it's the monitor's fault?
