How come the soup don't have any ingredient

Instead the ingredient appeared in the noodles?

Isn't this common sense? If they pour the soup into the noddles, the noodles would be soggy when it reaches you. Like that still need to start a thread to ask?

@tanminghui1 your fren is here. please collect him/her

this one more serious case. Need lock up
Many of u think this is a silly question

But you are not reading carefully and you are not thinking critically

If u order fish soup with rice takeaway

Will the ingredient (fish, etc) be in the rice or in the soup?

It will be in the soup right?

Same logic here

Kway Teow Mee soup takeaway

The ingredient (fishball, fish cake, etc) should be in the soup

Not in the noodle

The hawker made a mistake

If the ingredient is in the soup, it gives the customer the option to transfer into the noodle if he wishes

But if the ingredient is in the noodle, it is harder to transfer over to the soup

Plus putting the ingredient in the soup lends it more flavour

Bro... you go to any hawker order soup noodles take away and request them separate packing, for sure all the ingredients are separate like this.. because the broth itself dun have the ingredients inside soaking one.. it is either freshly cooked or already cooked and kept aside, the broth flavour do not comes from those ingredients, it is a big bag for pork bone (for bcm stall) + some other ingredients like flat fish or even soy beans etc..

1. when you eat the kway Teow soup at home, u dun pour the soup onto it?
2. ingredients already cooked, how can it lend more flavour?
3. if u notice, when the hawker is cooking, they only put the fishball and fishcake into the soup for a while to warm them up, it is not simmering in the soup the entire time.
anyway, it does not matter to me where the ingredient is, soup or noodle, not sure how many ppl will feel so strongly about it either way.
