Last time when I use hdd -> go into Sleep mode (not hibernation) -> turn off main switch -> few hrs later turn on PC -> the whole system will be restarted, and it won't resume back to where I stopped.

Ever since I started using SSD -> go into Sleep -> turn off main switch -> after that turn on again, the system will resume to where I stopped.

How come leh? SSD so wonderful?

Do u experience the same thing?

Actually, for SSD, there is something called the hybrid sleep.

Most of the function is actually in hibernation mode, except the wake up function is still active.
So you can wake up the pc with movement of the mouse or keyboard.

This is what i read somewhere. Hope I am correct.
