How was I given 17 straight infraction points for the above posts? 3 of them are for bumping up my thread, while keeping within the topic, while the others are discussing about a forum member that was recently banned

can you ping the mod/admin who gave me the pts? dont think mods surf this place regularly...

i dont see anything wrong with bumping up my posts when it gets ignored or falls off to the 2nd/3rd page... if like that also give points (i got 8 pts for bumping), might as well give everyone pts for bumping their thread

especially since i am currently at 23 pts, a mod who has a grudge against me (for what i dont know) can just give me 1 pt and i will be banned for 2 weeks... unable to plead my cases which is screwed up...

So the moderator issued the infractions for insulting a member (regardless of whether who he is) and then for subsequently for spamming (don't call it bumping, doesn't qualify for that type of threads).

Whether he got exposed or exposed by whom, it doesn't excuse for the way you acted.

calling another forum member a "dumbo" for having a contradictory avatar is calling out someone offensively? i believe there are harsher language that might qualify for offensiveness like you are retarded or you are born autistic (for example). calling someone foolish/silly is NOT insulting unless you are a snowflake

so now the moderators barometer for spamming = bumping? i did not even call him out, it was just a thread highlighting the contradictory nature of his avatar (which, is a pork cutlet, contrasted w his name). it can't even be qualified for a PM thread. the other thread was just a memorial thread for him. there was zero insults, derogatory terms or anything even remotely insulting him.

EDIT: also, what kind of conflict can occur from pointing out a contradictory avatar (compared to name)? i did not even call anyone's mother a stupid ***** or his family retarded or anything (for exmaple).

to your first pt sure, i am just explaining in regards to your interpretation of my threads/posts

i believe this forum is to discuss unjust infractions right? if not, what is the purpose of this forum if everything can just be taichi-ed to the official email? especially since i forgot the password of my original email used to register for this account.

I think mods need to have a standardize approach when giving infractions. Like in my case, dxdx999 can get away with insults and trolling because that particular mods deems it to be ok. But others are infracted for far less because other mods deems it offensive. This cannot be the case, no? The least mods can do is to have a standardize approach.
