one thing i have learnt is to just ignore.

Our clients are seriously considering bringing in Spike as a Third Party to these proceedings and seeking an order for damages/indemnity against Spike.

consider first ba. take already then say. take legal action need to win, win already need to enforce. enfoce need locate assets.

from day 1 till completion maybe need 1 year.

I won't even check or open emails monthly. If the lawyer has real bite, he will have to deliver his letter to my home.

Just curious. I ignored him twice already. :o

Dear Mr Spike

We refer to our emails of 10 December 2025 and 15 December 2025 for which you have not responded.

Please be informed that Company X have commenced legal action against our clients on 23 December 2025 for the return of the good faith deposit and disputing the forfeiture of the deposit. Our clients are seriously considering bringing in Spike as a Third Party to these proceedings and seeking an order for damages/indemnity against Spike. We also reiterate that your suit against our clients is premature and should be discontinued forthwith with reasonable costs payable to our clients. If suit is not discontinued within the next 7 days from the date hereof, our clients will take all necessary action as they deem fit.
Company X and you is what relationship?

There is a garnishee hearing scheduled.

I already got final judgement.
Your final judgement supercede everything, unless they appeal correct?
So the garnishee order is to allow the court to determine the debt owed?

A bit difficult to educate you.

It will cost the other party at least $10K just to file an application to set aside the judgement. At best they can delay for 1-2 month if the court approves the application. Final outcome will be the same.

The debt has already been determined. I'm filing to get the bank to freeze their money and pay me directly.

They will issue court order if they want;)
No offense, dude. Given your understanding of court processes, I recommend you to seek pro-bono advice quickly if you had the unfortunate luck to get into a lawsuit.. ;)
