I.T. Connectionz review

I went to the I.T. Connectionz shop at Bedok Central.

It's not worth the trip there. The charges are overpriced and the technician in the shop is very rude to many customers who walked in, I was not the only victim.

After I told him about the problems of my computer, his answers briefly about what he can do without even really checking. When I asked for more detailed explanation he rolled his eyes and spoke rudely saying things like this is just how it is, other places are also the same blah blah blah.

He did not really give a satisfactory analysis and treat me and the other customers who are equally not as well-versed in IT stuffs as him like some kind of morons. I know because I see it with my own eyes when some other customers walked in after me.

Don't patronize this shop, it will only be a wasted rip, the shopkeeper just don't give a damn.

Lol I never paid for anything over there, he just named the prices.

I walked out immediately after I packed up my computer.

First time went there, no prior reviews and near bedok point where I had my lunch.

This shop really sucks!

Recently I changed my imac mother board there, charged me $280.

Within 2 months when I check my wifi circuit board, I found many screws gone after removed the LCD screen.
Below are the list:
1. For LCD screen: should be total 8 T10, 8mm Torx screws, but the shop only installed 4 ones, other 4 ones missing.
2. For optical drive: there are 2 T10, 9mm Torx screws missing.
3. For logic board (mother board): 1 T10, 7mm Torx screw missing, 1 T10, 25mm Torx screw missing and 1 T10, 21.5mm Torx screw missing

So I called the shop, and one guy answered me, promised to provide the screws they did not install. But When I reached the shop, the guy said they don't have the screws!!!!

What a surprise! Cheaters and liars !!!?

This shop has no professional attitude and no credit!
Never go to that shop!
