How come i go around see supermarkets still selling 2 packs cat mountain king for $38 still dare put up sign as simi on special offer? Also another supermarket selling 1 pack for $20 over dollars also so bravely announcing it is on special offer?

Meanwhile those street make shift stalls selling around $18 1 pack.... But i see the skin quality i also dun feel like eating

My granddad last time told me only the poor in sg, msia eat durians becoz during jap occupation the japs smell the durians from far way scared of this simi "smelly socks" smell becoz they never encounter durians before until they come down to S.E.A. (japan no durians mah) and will not venture into people's houses to check. Also they afraid of the husks, got so many sharp torns afraid villages wack them back with it. Or set up bobby traps on ground, dig a large hole put the husks inside and cover the hole with coconut leaves etc. jap soldiers step on it fall into hole kana the durian husks

Now poor people's food became high ses food.... The world is upside down
