It's doable.
But firstly, you need to have high income and low expenses.
Then you need to invest in assets that generate passive income that can cover your expenses of your retirement lifestyle.

10 yrs work. Cpf at least 100-200k. 35 can buy re-sale flat. Buy those old ones mayb 20-30yrs old flat. Rent out all the rooms. Pay the instalment with cpf and rent collection for another 10yrs. Wala, u clear at house by then.

Only left the bomb shelter(install aircon inside too) for urself to come back to sg if u need to hop countries again. Doable 1 for single.
