I7 3770k idle temps

i got a 2nd 3770k and paired it with Asus Z77-Pro-M - it's either a lemon or the Asus Motherboard not as good as Asrock for overclocking - can't even get x43 multiplier with it even at nearly 1.3v

My 3770k with Asrock, I get x43 no problem with 1.18v.
