I7 4930k cpu for video editing

My friend want to build a pc...

Stated cpu....

Can recommend gpu n mobo?

He does alot photoshop n video... (do for living)

Uses only 1 screen...

Just helping him ask which mobo n gpu suitable....

He leaning on asus brand...

For video editing, other than C drive to be SSD, you also need 2 more SSDs for Source Drive (Read) & Destination Drive (Write).

Faster & more stable.

he has all the psu ssd and all
he just need a suitable mobo and cpu...so asking with mobo will suit his usage for i74930k

I fully agree with this.
I'm using such a setup too, and it speeds up my workflow a lot.
GPU wise, you will have to look up what kind of GPU acceleration the job queues in his workflow are optimised for.
Some are better with nvidia's CUDA, some work better with AMD.
