1. Nope.
2. Touching the home button shouldn't wake up the screen. The reason the screen wakes up is most likely because you have Raise to Wake turned on.

Try this. Place your device on the table, then touch the home button. Not press it. The phone shouldn't wake up.

To disable raise to wake. Go to settings then pull down the interface to expose the search function. In the search field type “Raise to wake”.

Upload to icloud, (buy S$1.28 if needed) then after restoration u can sync back from icloud. Cancel the subscription also if you wish to. Maximum damage probably S$1.28 depending on how much pictures you have.

space wise you can uninstall and reinstall iTunes.

backup to icloud normally takes how long? 4hours?

how does the space size determine? if my i6 size is 128gb, i used 100gb then i have to purchase 100gb icloud space?

Usually i let the backup run overnight. To determine how much you need, go to settings, general. U will see storage & icloud usage. When you are in there, under storage, click on manage storage. You will then be able to see how much space your pictures are taking up in your phone. From there you will then buy the next higher tier of the icloud storage plan.

I don't believe in storing in the cloud for photos all these. Just back up to your PC. Not like you always need to download them plus you save some cash.
