In Chinese, we say, “One hand cannot clap.” Must two hands then got piak piak sound one.

So... is the girl a victim? Wah lau eh, the answer is — “No leh.”

Why ah?

  1. That Ian Fang fella keep doing the naughty with the girl, and she never say "no" or run away. Like that must mean she also okay with it lah. Maybe even got enjoy. 女的贪爽 Who knows?
  2. The one who report to police is NOT the girl, leh. Is the mummy. Girl quiet like ninja. No police report, nothing.

Now hor, in Indonesia ah, 15 years old do the deed, quite common sia. Some kampung places even get married that young.
In the US ah, all the ang moh teenagers also got their own wild stories. TikTok, parties, the whole works.

BUT! Singapore is not same one okay? Here the law very garang. Even if the girl say “okay lah,” the law say “NO means NO” when under 16. Later kena label "paedophile" — jialat already.

So this Ian Fang ah... just super suay lor. Once the story hit the news, wah, explode until everywhere also see. Like that, sure got chance PR kena revoke. Bad luck x 100.

Moral of the story: In Singapore, better don’t play-play with underage, even if both hands clapping. Later clap until backside pain.
Got difference between teenage couple... and a 30+ years old man gau sua a 15 years old... just for that.

His face looks unnatural, like the female actress Bella Ramsey. The face looks much wider than normal.
