i think i can still hear hiss on DX50 w my Westone 4R, but when i use DX50 with fatman itube to Dali speakers, no hiss

i suppose is W4R too sensitive?

anyway to get rid of these hiss?

I just got my ibasso DX50. Have been using a Ray Samuel but always get too much questions with customs when i travel.

Hi guys, I just bought a DX50 from Jaben Hong Kong during my overseas trip.

Having some issues, I seem to can't get the device to charge properly. I have plugged in the cable and battery will charge but it can't seem to retain any power in it, even after charging for a few hours the player would not start.

I used an OEM Samsung S3 battery to test out and this was even worst, it showed a triangle icon with an exclamation mark on it.

Firmware is 1.2.2 if that helps.
