No that is incorrect, all Mobile Processors are assumed Dual Core unless they have a QM/XM specifier behind the model number.

Sry I didn't check Intel's Site or remember Model Number.
I always try to use Intel's Id method to differentiate SKUs instead of memorizing numbers because my brain has 0 MB of space.

No that is not true. If Lenovo did not drop their official pricing of their old models Juzz One has no obligation to even if they know it is old stocks.
That is how screwed up pricing actually is. AFAIK only for Acer do you see price drop gradually when phasing out old models by 1 or 2 hundred dollars but I don't think this is going to continue if Acer goes the way of Crapple.

That is how screwed up pricing actually is. AFAIK only for Acer do you see price drop gradually when phasing out old models by 1 or 2 hundred dollars but I don't think this is going to continue if Acer goes the way of Crapple.

also read from this thread (a few posts earlier) that a fellow forumer bought a set from USA and gathering from other sources, a quick readup of these new ibm laptops, roughly speaking the price is as follows:

polytechnic offer < Mr X's pricing < USA pricing < funan or SLS pricing

Hope you guys can help me out here. I have a IBM R50 with wireless b capability.

Can I just buy this and replace my current wireless card? I do know how to disassemble my thinkpad, but I'm concerned if the antenna in my r50 supports wireless G.

Also, has anyone successfully revived their old CCFL/inverters for their LCD screens?
